All these simple and revitalizing pleasures come true in this pretty house in Ibiza, where the summer is enjoyed slowly, savoring every minute.
The house is surrounded by a pine native with wonderful views to “Cala Codola”. It’s integrated in natural environments, with a high aim, to ensure that all rooms of the house enjoy the superb view over the bay, an approach that prevailed on the good guidance and natural lighting. The house is inspired by the old traditional buildings of Ibiza and it has one main room with the rest of the rooms around it. That’s the reason why the entrance of the house is via a porch, which is covered with reeds. This house has a modern design, with a predominance of the white color, combining stone walls of sandstone, and in tune with all the terraces, which surround the fields of the island.
The layout of the house produces a visual sequence that goes from the garden to the porch and from this to the main room and the back porch (so the view goes directly to the pool) and finally, the sea and its horizon. Decorative solutions, together with oriental furniture and details result in a very personalized house.
Very close to the house, you will enjoy little and nice beaches like Cala Tarida, Cala Corral or Cala Bassa and Comte which are a few kilometers from the house. They are beautiful both summer and winter.
